Printing & Shipping Time - Expect 10 to 15 days to receive your order. On average it takes 4 to 7 days to print your custom order. The shipping time depends on your location and the shipping option chosen. Typical shipping times are 6 to 8 days.
Where will my order ship from? - We work with on-demand order fulfillment companies with multiple printing facilities across the USA.
I received a wrong or damaged product, what should I do? - We're so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@obxtees.com within 24 hours with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We'll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Misdelivery - If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, notify us within 24 hours of ordering at support@obstees.com and we will request the printer to re-direct your shipment. If the order has already gone to print, we can send you a replacement order, but the new order would be at your expense.
Return Policy - We don't offer returns and exchanges, but if there's something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at support@obxtees.com. Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at support@obxtees.com with photos of wrong/damaged items, and we'll sort that out for you. All of our items are made to order. Because of this we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for non-damanged items.
Care Instructions - Since most of our shirts are 100% cotton, we recommend that you turn the shirt inside out and wash in cold water. To avoid some shrinkage, you may choose to air-dry your shirt.
